Payment for services rendered are due at the time of service, unless prior financial arrangement has been made with our office. Every effort will be made to provide you with a treatment plan of the proposed services which includes a breakdown of all applicable fees, fits your timetable and gives your child the best possible care. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and for your convenience, a third part financing through Care Credit to help make your treatment more affordable. Dental Insurance
We are participating providers with most PPO insurance companies. For a list of the participating insurances, please contact our office. Please remember that your copay is due at the time of service. By law, insurance companies are required to pay each claim within 30 days of receipt. Any outstanding balance left on your account after 45 days will be patient’s responsibility. Any outstanding account balance over ninety days is subject to a 1.5% financing charge.
As for other insurance companies, once given the necessary information on the day of service, we will create and submit a claim for you. Payment for professional services is due at the time services are rendered. We will fully attempt to help you maximize your insurance benefits. Your insurance company will reimburse you directly within thirty days. Please note that we are not responsible for how your insurance carrier will handle such claims.
MOST importantly, please keep us informed of any insurance changes such as policy name, insurance company address or a change of employment.
